Lightwell Learning (formerly Learn. Develop. Succeed.) provides expert learning support to children, youth, and adults with learning and brain-based differences such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. Our mission is to recognize their unique strengths and to help them develop tools to achieve lifelong independence, confidence, and success.
We deliver transformational learning support programs that meet learners where they are and help them move forward with confidence. Our programs span the full developmental cycle, targeting each learner’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. Our one-to-one support is progress-monitored, aligned with BC’s Core Competencies, and grounded in research-based curricula, ensuring meaningful growth both academically and personally. We provide holistic, individualized, inclusive, and technology-enhanced learning support.
Our physical and virtual learning spaces are intentionally designed to support diverse learners, and our sliding fee scale ensures students of all ages and backgrounds can access high-quality learning support.
Our core programs include:
RISE One-to-One Instruction & Small Group Instruction (Ages 5-18)
Learners receive targeted support in academic skills, executive function, and self-regulation for learning, studying, homework, and coursework. (RISE = Research-informed, Individualized, Student Education)
Early RISErs (Ages 3-6)
A unique early learning program with parent or guardian participation that brings families and early childhood specialists together for a time of play, connection, and learning.
Social Explorers (Grades 4-7)
Developed and led by a Speech-Language Pathologist, this dynamic, neuroaffirming group program supports learners in grades 4-5 and 6-7 in understanding social communication, fostering emotional growth, and forming friendships.
Adult Learning (Ages 18+)
Adults with suspected or diagnosed learning differences receive targeted, individualized support and intervention to help them achieve their specific learning, education, or employment goals.
Assessments
We offer accessible, standardized assessments to support learners ages 2 to adult. Qualified, credentialed professionals offer our assessments and can provide information and resources for further testing or support as needed.
