Celebrate the Year of the Horse at LunarFest, a family-friendly celebration filled with arts and culture! Enjoy a series of crafts workshops, fun trivia games, and engaging activities designed for all ages.

Lunar New Year at the Cannery

Join us Sunday, February 15th for our day of celebration. Starting at 1:30pm, participate in our Chinese Lucky Knot Workshop to make a Chinese lucky knot keychain for prosperity and fortune. Then, at 3:30pm, join us at the main entrance of the Cannery for an exciting performance from the Vancouver Chinese Lion Dance Association. 1:30pm – 3:30pm – Chinese Lucky Knot Workshop – included with regular admission, FREE for youth (17 and under) Workshop will be held at the Cannery Kids’ Corner.3:30 pm – 4:00 pm – Lion Dance – FREE, dance will be taking place by the main entrance of the Cannery. In the event of rain, the lion dance performance will be moved inside to the stage area. Enjoy 10% discount on regular priced items in the Cannery Store (valid with proof of paid admission on February 15)
